These items range from prototype switch:BLADE components through to brand new Suzuki Hayabusa accessories, and of course the no longer required 7020 T6 aluminium tubing and billet. Below you will find a selection of items that are currently on sale. Please be aware that the rate of value added tax will be increased in the near future and the prices of the items below will increase to reflect that. A prototype switch:BLADE frame and fuel tank. The third prototype frame that was produced and the first one that is instantly recognisable as a switch:BLADE frame. The rear of the frame differs from the final switch:BLADE design as a decision had not been made on whether to use a subframe or a self supporting seat unit at the point in time this frame was produced. The frame is produced from a combination of machined billet components, and mandrel bent tubular aluminium extrusions, welded together and post machined to provide complete accuracy. The fuel tank is an exterior shell only, but was hand beaten in aluminium over a period of many hours. It is very possible for a person with suitable metal working skills to turn this into a useable tank. Price on application. A prototype switch:BLADE frame, fuel tank, and seat unit. The fourth prototype frame that was produced and the first one that was designed to be used in conjunction with a self supporting carbon fibre seat unit and a carbon fibre fuel tank. The frame is produced from a combination of machined billet components, and mandrel bent tubular aluminium extrusions, welded together and post machined to provide complete accuracy. The seat unit is produced from pre-impregnated carbon fibre, and fixes directly to the frame. There is no subframe within this seat unit, it is entirely self supporting. The fuel tank is an exterior shell only, but has also been produced in pre-impregnated carbon fibre, and would be suitable as a cover over a simple aluminium tank. Price on application. 7020 T6 aluminium tubing and billet. Following the announcement that BFO Motorcycles is to concentrate solely on billet frames in the future, there is now a quantity of 7020 T6 aluminium tubing and billet available for sale. The tubing is available in external diameters of 25.40, 38.10, and 44.45 millimetres, all with a 3.00 millimetre wall thickness. There are also some bent tubular sections available. The billet is available in a variety of sizes, and is in both plate and bar form. Price on application. An Akrapovic exhaust system. A brand new (but unboxed) full 4 into 1 race conical stainless steel exhaust system from the market leader, complete with a titanium hexagonal race silencer. Hexagonal road legal silencers are 'E' marked for road use but have a removable baffle to convert to a race silencer for use on the track. This is the lightest road legal silencer available on the market at the time of writing, and fits Suzuki Hayabusas from 1999 to 2007. £750.00 plus Value Added Tax (£862.50). A Dynojet Power Commander and a K&N air filter. A brand new Power Commander and a brand new K&N air filter. The Power Commander is simple to install, with no wiring modifications necessary, and comes with original equipment style harness connectors. No permanent changes are made to the factory fitted ignition control unit. The K&N air filter is designed to increase horsepower and acceleration and has high air flow with excellent filtration.
